Every once in awhile we all need to be motivated to push past our limitations, whether that is personally or professionally. I was in a slump, unhappy with my body image, lacked energy and just plain tired of feeling uncomfortable. I was in a rut, but decided to take the first step towards actually doing something about it.
Step by step, I began to regain that once present drive and ambition I knew was there to challenge myself to new levels, which eventually catapulted me into a life of health and well-being that I became extremely passionate about and with. Also, having a never ending burning desire to compete in Ms. Fitness USA since my early 20s, further allowed me to incorporate these values into my trainings and competitions. In the past, I had not yet reached the mental state and discipline to achieve that goal, but after having found a renewed love and desire for fitness, I began paving a road that would eventually lead to many more opportunities to help and serve others in the same capacity.
After being involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years, with a great deal of disciplined workout routines and strict dietary plans involved, I took 3rd place in Ms. Fitness Hollywood. This qualified me to compete for Ms. Fitness USA in Las Vegas where I placed 20th out of 50 women from all around the US. I competed against some amazing and gifted athletes, moms, and professionals. It was one of the highlights of my career. And recently, in 2008, I competed again for Ms. Fitness USA with even more passion and determination than I had the first time around.

With uniequely designed programs, my sessions are for any shape, size, age or gender. I care about getting involved and assisting you in achieving your specific physical and health goals. Athlete or non-athlete alike, you can experience a variety of different results, from losing weight, improving endurance and speed, reducing body fat, lifting energy levels and stabilizing balance, to just reaching heightened levels of well-being. I will guide you through assisted and non-assisted exercises as your tolerance and capacity to do more repetitions and use increased weights grow. Do not let any of these factors be a deterrent in improving yourself. I eventually became my own billboard - so can you!
